We also took the opportunity to review the VBS rate, and after some more analysis and feedback, it's been decided to drop the maximum VBS down to 10 for onshore/offshore functions.
A new table of the VBS rates, including the new formulae used, will be posted in Discord.

Haven Protocol Hard Fork 21 Update
The fork has been pushed back 6 days to 7/5, with a block height of 1,400,000.
The reason for the delay is the GUI wallet needs more work than first anticipated, so we’ll need a bit more time to perform comprehensive testing.
