On September 3rd, a bug was discovered by a white-hat hacker who reached out to Haven’s devs. The bug was made possible after the rebase because it relied on a change to the way that collateral outputs and collateral change are identified. (Details in this in discord) 🧵👇🏼

The bug was fixed through a combination of a short rollback of the blockchain to block 1439544, and more resilient code in the collateral checking mechanism. The rollback was necessary to prevent the hacker from having any access to funds minted through the hack. 👇🏼
