KuCoin and HF21 Fork Updates
KC have released their official statement of delisting XHV.
Trading for both XHV/USDT and XHV/BTC pairs will be removed on 7/5/23 at 10am UTC. Withdrawal service will remain open until 1/28/24, 10am UTC.

This fork is a big update due to the amount of work done on the rebase, and we want to ensure that it goes smoothly.
We will make another announcement once we are confident that we are ready to fully deploy the HF21 fork.

- GUI wallet dev is more complicated & time consuming d/t the rebase work done, & requires more time to complete.
- Several issues were discovered in the rebase wallet code, which will need fix/testing.
- The EWG would like to review tokenomics in light of the delisting.
