🔹 Fees for all conversions TXs will be paid in XHV (through auto-conversion).
🔹 All conversion fees will remain at 1.5%.
🔹 Collateral lock times will be reduced from 21 days to 14 days.
🔹 On/Offshore converted amount lock times will be reduced from 21 days to 24 hours.
