We’re pleased to announce the upcoming fork, scheduled for 6/29.
The upcoming fork will contain most of the functionality currently included in the live testnet, specifically HF21, and will contain the following updates:

🔹 All conversion fees will remain at 1.5%.
🔹 Collateral lock times will be reduced from 21 days to 14 days.
🔹 Onshore/Offshore converted amount lock times will be reduced from 21 days to 24 hours.

HF21 will not contain slippage.
It was intended that slippage would take a number of iterations to reach market readiness, & there has not been sufficient time or feedback regarding the prototype implementation of it in the current testnet to justify its inclusion in HF21.
